Policy on the processing of personal data 1. General provisions This Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and sets forth the personal data processing procedure and measures to ensure the personal data safety to be undertaken by BusinessMatika (hereinafter - the Operator).
1.1 The major goal and condition of the Operator’s activities shall be the observance of rights and freedoms of a person and of a citizen in processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.

2.7 Operator - is a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and/or performing the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data, processing, actions (transactions) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data - means any information relating, directly or indirectly, to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://bm-it.group ;
2.9 User - is any visitor to website https://bm-it.group;
2.10. Provision of personal data - are actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data - is any action aimed at disclosing personal data to an undetermined circle of persons (transmission of personal data) or at familiarizing oneself with the personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including disclosure of personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.13. The destruction of personal data - is any act in which personal data is irretrievably destroyed, with no possibility of further recovery of the personal data content in the personal data information system and/or the physical devices holding personal data are destroyed.
3. The operator may process the following personal data of the User
